A third Kirkcudbright Book Week event has sold out. This one features adventurer Naomi Johnson, who at the age of 36 set off to cycle the world with a man she’d met only three times before.
Having written a book telling the story of the trip, she will be giving a talk at 2pm on Saturday March 9, entitled The World at 15mph-ish. The venue is the Dark Art Distillery in The Johnston, St Mary Street.
There are tickets left for a number of other events, although several are themselves approaching sell outs.
