An opportunity not to be missed

There are still tickets involved for a rare opportunity to hear novelist Tracey Iceton talking about her remarkable Celtic Colours Trilogy – and we heartily recommend it.

Tracey, who has not given many talks recently, will be in Kirkcudbright on Tuesday March 5, as part of Book Week, when she will be appearing at The Garret Hotel & Restaurant at 116 High Street, at 7pm (Tickets £7).

The trilogy, published by Cinnamon Press between 2016-2019, tells the story of one hundred years of conflict in Ireland through one family’s experiences from the Easter Rising to Brexit, and was a real literary tour de force.

Tickets, including for free events which require them, can be acquired via Eventbrite at http://www.eventbrite.co.uk or you can follow the link direct from  www.kirkcudbrightbookweek.org at https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/kirkcudbright-book-week-2024-2757849
