Anthology launch proves to be a hit

Another Kirkcudbright Book Week event for which all the tickets have now gone happens on Tuesday March 5 when the Dark Skies anthology is launched by local group the Stewartry Writers.

The free event happens at the Dark Space Planetarium at The Johnston in St Mary Street at 2pm. The Planetarium, with its spectacular projections of the night sky, is the ideal venue for the launch of Dark Skies, the latest anthology of prose and poetry produced by Kirkcudbright group the Stewartry Writers, inspired by Dark Skies and other places.

The authors represented in the book all have their own nemesis and their own inspirations, out of darkness and out of light, out of fear and out of wonder.
